If God calls us to a dangerous place, the safest place in all the world for us is precisely in the very center of His will.
True security is never found in a smooth and stable environment, but in whether the soul abides in the very center of God's will. We are often accustomed to seeking a safe harbor in our comfort zones, forgetting that the most secure refuge is God's presence. As we face the unknowns and challenges ahead with composure in our calling, and fully entrust the sovereignty of life and death to the Almighty, a transcendent peace that surpasses circumstances can well up within our hearts.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for being the refuge and strong tower of my life. Please grant me a heart of courage and strength, that no matter what environment I am in, I may steadfastly seek and obey Your will. When winds, waves, and challenges arise, please guide my gaze to look beyond the immediate danger and anchor firmly in Your unshakeable promises. May my life become a channel of Your grace, continually displaying Your love and peace. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
