We often fall into worldly evaluation systems, focusing on displaying talent, accumulating knowledge, and pursuing fame, while neglecting whether the essence of our lives is pleasing to God. The reminders of Wang Mingdao and the Apostle Paul are a powerful wake-up call: God does not care about the material or ornamentation of the vessel, but only whether it is clean. Without holiness and reverence, even the most outstanding abilities are nothing more than empty warnings. Today, we should examine our hearts and turn away from impurity and vanity.
Dear Heavenly Father, forgive me for often judging values by worldly standards, for excessively pursuing talent and fame, and for neglecting the holiness of my heart. Lord, cleanse me with your precious blood, removing the base things and hidden sins from my life. Grant me a heart of reverence and honesty, so that I may obey your will not by my own power, but solely by virtue of your will. Craft me into a vessel of self-purification, fit for the Lord's use, glorifying your holy name. Amen!
