1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit? This Holy Spirit, who is from God, lives in you; and you are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body.
We often view our bodies as tools for satisfying desires or striving in life, neglecting the fact that they are also temples where the Holy Spirit dwells. Deng Yuhan reminds us that our exquisite bodies are vessels in which the Creator holds our souls. Taking care of our health and lifestyle is not out of selfish pleasure, but out of reverence for the giver of life. Today, let us cherish and make good use of this body to contemplate truth, practice good deeds, and in our daily actions and the order of our lives, let us radiate the fragrance of glory to God.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for creating my body with Your wondrous power and for allowing the Holy Spirit to dwell within me. Forgive me for my past neglect and misuse of my body. Grant me wisdom and self-discipline, so that I may know how to care for and cherish this body according to Your will, making it a clean vessel for You. May my words, actions, and all that I do today powerfully reflect Your love and truth, deeply glorifying Your holy name in my life. Amen.
