Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal things, and the glory of a king to find out things.
God's glory does not deliberately hinder human reason, but rather buries truth like jewels within all things, inviting us to explore. Xiu Yaochun realized that studying science (physical inquiry) and reading the Bible are not contradictory, because truth is unified. The glory of a king lies not in his lofty power, but in his responsibility and humility to investigate matters. We often feel anxious about unseen answers, forgetting that "concealment" itself is a sacred romance. When we diligently seek and examine the laws of nature and life, we are not merely learning knowledge, but walking alongside the wisdom of the Creator.
Most High Lord, thank You for creating this universe full of mysteries. Grant me the courage and vision of Xiu Yaochun, so that I may hold reverence before the "hidden things" and persevere in the process of "discovery." May I not see learning and work as worldly burdens, but as a mission to share in the "glory of the king." In the midst of complex matters, grant me a discerning heart, so that I may not only perceive the laws of nature, but also understand the true meaning of love and sacrifice. May my life not only cease to be intellectual cognition, but also, like the sages, transform the truth I discover into love and salvation for others. Amen.
