A new year has begun, a brand new opportunity from God. As Paul said, in Christ we are all new creations. Past failures, pain, and regrets are gone; God wants to do new things in our lives. Let us welcome this new year in faith, believing that God will prepare a good path for us.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us a new year. Help us to lay down the burdens of the past and embrace the future with faith. May your will be done in our lives, making us more like Christ this year. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
